No open roles today, and here is everything we would tell you if there were

There are no vacancies. Rather than run an evergreen form that collects applications nobody reads, this page publishes the things candidates actually search for — the process, the terms, how we contract with people abroad, and what you can do here in the meantime.

Overview

The company was founded in 2026 and is small. A careers page with no roles is either an empty gesture or an early statement of how hiring will work; we are trying to make it the second by writing the process down before we need it.

Quick answers

Does Foundable currently have open roles?

No. There are no listed roles and no speculative pipeline. When something opens, it will appear on this page with terms, stages, pay band and timeline stated up front.

How should candidates get in touch?

Through the contact page, using the hiring topic. With no role open, expect a short honest answer rather than a place in a queue.

Is the work remote?

Remote work is expected to be normal. Each role will publish its timezone overlap requirement and its contracting terms rather than leaving them to be discovered.

Current openings: none listed

Nothing is open, and there is no hidden pipeline. When a role opens it will be listed here with the location or remote terms, the interview stages, the pay band and the expected timeline, all in the post itself rather than revealed during the process.

The interview process, published in advance

  1. 01

    Written exchange

You send a short note about work you have done. We reply within five working days either way, including a no.

  2. 02

    Conversation

Forty-five minutes on the actual problem the role exists to solve, with the constraints stated honestly.

  3. 03

    Paid work sample

A scoped piece of real work, paid at a stated rate. Unpaid take-homes are not used, and nothing produced in a sample ships without agreement.

  4. 04

    Decision

One decision, with reasons, within a week of the sample. Offers include the band, the terms and the start date in writing.

Remote, geography and contracting

  • The operating entity is published on the legal pages. Where the entity is registered is not where the work has to happen.
  • Remote work is expected to be normal, with a stated timezone overlap band published in each role rather than discovered later.
  • For contributors abroad we will state the contracting mechanism, the payment rail and the currency in the listing, including options for self-employed and sole-proprietor status where that is how people in the region work.
  • Closing documents, invoices and the entity that signs are questions we will answer directly rather than deferring to a template.

None of this has been exercised at scale yet: the team is small and the number of contracts signed abroad so far is low. Treat the above as a stated policy, not as a track record.

What we are looking for when we are looking

  • Product engineering — simple surfaces over serious systems: projects, workers, integrations and safety machinery that the user never has to think about.
  • AI systems — agents that show their work, stop at the right boundary and leave an inspectable record behind.
  • Design — calm interfaces, real density where the work happens, and full Cyrillic from the first commit rather than as a later fix.
  • Growth and customer development — talking to people who have not paid us yet, and reporting what they said accurately.
  • Operations — the unglamorous machinery that makes a young company answer its email on time.

Something to do while there is nothing open

  • Send a correction. If you find a wrong number, a broken claim or a missing honesty label on this site, that is a real contribution and we will date the fix in public.
  • Propose a guide or template. Contributions are credited by name on the page, and we will say plainly whether a contribution is paid before you start.
  • Reproduce a research protocol. The prompt lists and query sets are published in full; a replication that disagrees with us is the most useful thing anyone could send.

Limitations and corrections

  • No roles are open. This page exists to publish the process, not to collect applications.
  • The published interview process has not yet been run end to end for an external hire; it is a commitment, not a description of history.
  • Pay bands will be published in role listings. None exist today, so none are published today.
  • Contracting terms for contributors abroad are stated as policy and have been exercised only a small number of times.

Corrected in public: tell us what is wrong at /contact and the change is dated on this page.
