Privacy
What is collected, why, and what is never used for training.
What we collect
- Account data: email, name, and authentication records.
- Content you create: messages, uploads, business context, artifacts and evidence.
- Operational data: runs, tool calls, credit ledger entries and audit events.
- Data from services you explicitly connect, limited to the scopes you grant.
What we do not do
- We do not train foundation models on your content.
- We do not read your device, browser history, inbox or contacts. Access exists only through an integration you connect.
- We do not share context between your foundables.
Model providers
Content necessary to fulfil a request is sent to the model providers listed in our AI disclosure, for the purpose of producing that output. Providers may change; the disclosure page is the current list.
Retention and deletion
Content is retained while your account is active. You can delete a foundable or your account; deletion removes content from active systems, with backups ageing out on their own schedule. Audit records required for security and billing integrity are retained separately.
Sensitive data
The service is not intended for protected health information. Full card numbers must be handled by a payment processor and should never be typed into a conversation.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability and objection. Write to legal@foundable.example.
