Not permitted

• Unlawful activity, or helping others carry it out.
• Bulk unsolicited messaging that breaches the rules applying to you or the channel.
• Impersonating a person or organisation, or presenting AI output as a human without disclosure where disclosure is required.
• Fabricated customer results, testimonials or earnings claims.
• Harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes self-harm.
• Extracting credentials, scanning systems you do not own, or evading rate limits and security controls.
• Reselling generated output as though it were a verified professional opinion in a regulated field.

Outreach specifically

You are responsible for whether you may lawfully contact someone. Keep lists small and researched, keep the opt-out in every message, and honour a request to stop immediately and permanently.

High-risk and regulated decisions

Medical, legal, financial and similar advice requires qualified human review. Some uses will be refused outright.
