Terms of service

Summary in plain words

• Your idea and your content stay yours.
• You are responsible for what you publish, send and sell.
• No income is promised or guaranteed.
• AI output requires your review before you rely on it.
• Accounts can be suspended for the behaviour listed in the acceptable use policy.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you provide and the artifacts produced for you. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service — storing, processing and transmitting content to fulfil your requests.

Acceptable use

Use is governed by the acceptable use policy. Breaching it may result in suspension or termination.

Payment and credits

Paid plans bill in advance for the period chosen. Credits are granted per the plan and expire as described on the pricing page. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund a period already begun unless the law where you live says otherwise.

No guarantees of outcome

Nothing on this site is a promise of revenue, demand, customers or business success. Scores, models and readiness checks describe your inputs, not the market.

External actions

Actions completed at an external provider are governed by that provider's terms and controls. We do not promise universal rollback, recall or refund of a completed external action.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may change these terms. Material changes are notified in advance, and continued use after they take effect is acceptance.
